Delivery and Returns


For standard delivery, please allow 5-14 working days for your item to be personalised for you. We will send you an email as soon as your item is ready. Your item will be sent to you via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or DPD.

For international orders, please allow additional time for delivery. As this will vary from country to country, anticipated delivery times will be notified on an order-by-order basis.



Please note – as the majority of our products are personalised, this Returns Policy (below) will apply instead of the Shopify Inc. ‘Refund Policy’ which appears (as a link) at the bottom of the screen when you place your order.


Unfortunately, as these have been specifically tailored just for you, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty.


If, within 15 days of delivery, you’ve changed your mind about your non-personalised (i.e. non-embossed) item,  please just send us an email to let us know, quoting your unique order reference number, and return your item to us by recorded delivery. We will be happy to offer a credit note to use on our website within 15 days of our receiving the returned item from you or a refund.


If the item you have purchased is faulty then please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your item, together with photos and a brief description of the fault, and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note, at our discretion. Please note in order to receive a exchange we must receive the product back to us for this to be processed. If the item is deemed faulty we can cover return postage costs of up to £3.95. We advise all items are sent back using a signed for/ recorded service as we are not responsible for any missing items.
